The modified atmosphere packaging machine is a new type of fresh lock modified atmosphere packaging machine which developed on the basis of the box sealing machine. It is an intelligent device that can extract out the air, fill in a certain proportion of nitrogen or mixed gas, and then seal the tray.
1. This machine is suitable for all kinds of food tray packaging, automatic filling N2 or gas mixer, sealing packaging, cutting, packaging finished products and other steps.
2. It can intall a coding machine & a labeling machine if customer needs.
3. The gas replacement rate: >98%.
4. The mixing accuracy error of fresh-keeping gas: US Imachine gas mixer or German WITT gas minxer <0.5%; Our own home made Yiteng mixer, for fixed rate it is < 1%, Adjustable proportioning mixer is < 5%, it's up to customer's demands.
